YOUNG PEOPLE (16-25 YEARS)
Supported Accommodation
Our Support
London City Care And Support Services provides supported accommodation and transition support for vulnerable young people aged 16 – 25 with a range of needs which may include mental health, emotional and behavioural needs. These young people may have experienced substance misuse, trauma, abuse, neglect or other challenges for which they need specialist support. The aim of our supported accommodation is to provide a safe and supportive environment where young people can transition towards adulthood while developing the skills they need to live independently and achieve their goals.
Our care services aim to impact every significant aspect of each client’s lives, from the day to day, to the long term future. We aim to provide practical tools to promote independence as well as assisting in areas of life where our young people just need an extra hand.
